How to Apply

Follow these simple steps to complete your application process for KIMT University programs.

Decide which Research, graduate, undergraduate, Short course or diploma program you want to apply for, and find out when its application deadline is (if any)

Review the program admission and application requirements on the program's page.

Prepare your supporting documents. For example, you might need to order transcripts, get international credential evaluations, write your personal statement etc.

Fill in your online application form

Submit your supporting documents- Certificates, transcripts, experience letter or any other supporting documents according to program requirements.

Submit your online form as early as you can, and pay your nonrefundable application fee.

You'll receive an admissions decision within two working days.

Once you have accepted a spot in a program, you will need to pay a tuition deposit.

Mark your first day of classes on the calendar — your life-changing journey just became real!

Additional Information for Applicants

You will be instructed to submit any required supporting documents, such as a personal statement, resume, writing sample, and/or letters of recommendation online via the application. Requirements vary by program. Visit your program web site for more information regarding required documents.

There is a $15 application fee that will be required at the point at which you submit the application.

Application materials, including official transcripts for all previously attended colleges and universities, should be sent directly from the issuing institution or agency to:

REQUEST for INFORMATION (RFI)

A Request for Information (RFI) is a formal document for requesting information needed to perform an assessment and understanding of the product or service needed and  an equitable and simultaneous comparison of vendors/sources .
